Giving Back To The Community

We have undertaken rowing challenges including the 104 miles from Iffley, Oxford to Putney Bridge, London over three days in aid of the Newman Trust Queen Mary’s Holiday. Each day saw us row approximately 35 miles – 4 miles longer than a conventional rowing marathon.

Supporting The Newman Trust

Established in 1981, the trust now provides holidays for over 120 disabled children aged 5-16 each year in various locations around the UK. Due to the high level of skilled care they require, the children selected for these breaks would not otherwise receive a holiday. Through this organisation they are able to take part in a range of fun activities in a safe and supported environment.

Claire-Louise founded McSherry Brown in 2008. Before she had even opened the company doors for the first time, Thomson Reuters, Bank of America and Deutsche Bank jumped on board as her first clients.

With a background in tech and transformational leadership in executive search for the financial services industry, Claire-Louise has always been an inclusion and diversity advocate. She created McSherry Brown to cater to firms who had already gained traction in actively hiring diverse leadership teams and were building a succession pipeline of female and underrepresented leaders.

Over the last 11 years, Claire-Louise and her team have carved an enviable reputation at the very forefront of the diversity conversation. They are taking incredible strides to create a more inclusive world — one organisation at a time.

Although much of her spare time is absorbed by ferrying around her twins, Claire-Louise is proud to be an investor in female tech entrepreneurs. She is a career mentor for girls and women from underprivileged backgrounds.

Once a year she indulges in her passion for house music and spends time in the dance capital of the world — Ibiza and the mud infested fields at Glastonbury.

Tina Boltwood


With 25 years working as a supportive force in several industries including investment banking, insurance and executive search, Tina brings a wealth of experience leading strategic projects, marketing, strategy, and client engagement.

Passionate about enabling executives to achieve their goals whilst maintaining work-life harmony, Tina herself is a mother of four and prides herself on being super-efficient and organised but when she does get some down time, her passion is travel with preference to being somewhere tropical, warm, and sunny.
