An exclusive event for exceptional     people

22nd September 2010

250 guests 103 feet above the city! and Alastair Campbell

Exceptional Event

Our business is built on strong relationships that are created by continually offering new insights, experiences and opportunities for the McSherry Brown community. Our regular events are one such example. The latest covered a theme very close to our hearts:

How best to define exceptional?

We search the world for exceptional people, but how do we define “exceptional”? We chose a man who is perhaps controversial, but nevertheless exceptional himself. He has also met a cast of exceptional people from all walks of life throughout his career, including politicians, global fundraisers, innovators, athletes and musicians.

So, we asked Alastair Campbell to share the common attitudes, attributes and ambitions that truly make someone exceptional.

Fantastic hospitality, good company and a great speaker. Many thanks for your kind invitation. EMEA, CIO at HSBC

From Bill Gates to Bill Clinton!

Standing high above the heart of the city, and offering stunning cityscape views, Coq d’Argent’s rooftop gardens provided the perfect setting for Alastair Campbell to give our guests the benefit of his experience.

With some of the world’s most influential IT and financial leaders in attendance, we discovered what exceptional people like Bill Clinton, Nelson Mandela, Sir Alex Ferguson, and Bill Gates have in common. We learnt the qualities they share, and the key reasons they are responsible for such astounding achievements.

If you’d like to know the personal characteristics that helped some of the World’s most influential people achieve their aims then just contact us.
