The way we find people is unique, and so is the team we’ve built to find them. No one here believes in half measures either inside or outside of work. We reward their passion by seeking out new adventures and distinctive experiences together.

We undertook the challenge of rowing 104 miles from Iffley, Oxford to Putney Bridge, London over three days in aid of the Newman Trust Queen Mary's Holiday 2010. Each day saw us row approximately 35 miles - 4 miles longer than a conventional rowing marathon.

Supporting the Newman Trust
Established in 1981, the trust now provides holidays for over 120 disabled children aged 5-16 each year in various locations around the UK. Due to the high level of skilled care they require, the children selected for these breaks would not otherwise receive a holiday. Through this organisation they are able to take part in a range of fun activities in a safe and supported environment.

Turin bobsleigh: Training with the GB Olympic team

We constantly keep our eyes peeled for exciting ways to learn more and share new experiences. So, the once in a lifetime opportunity to experience "F1 on ice" with the GB Olympic bobsleigh squad was far too tempting to miss - especially in Turin.

The London based team was then transplanted from our Bank offices to the stunning Olympic Games venue in Sestriere, Northern Italy. Here we set about preparing for the closest thing you will get to competing in a world cup bobsleigh race.

Over three days, we learnt everything from braking to the critical four man full push start. The result was one of the most exhilarating experiences any of us have ever encountered. We also managed to find time to get some skiing in too.
